Preparation

1. Open the package and take out the oxygen absorber.
2. Pour boiling water into the package contents.
3. Stir the package contents with a spoon to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly soaked. Then, close the ziplock.
4. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Your meal is now ready to enjoy.

Tips

– The oxygen absorber inside the package is NOT edible.
– This non-toxic, metal-based product is safe for contact with food and helps extend its shelf life and maintain quality.
– After opening, reseal the ziplock bag tightly to prevent moisture from affecting the product’s quality.
– The amount of water added to the food depends on the ambient temperature and altitude. As altitude increases, the boiling point of water decreases, meaning water boils at a temperature lower than 100°C.
– It is recommended to add more water to the product for every 1,000 meters of altitude.
– Due to the lack of precise measuring tools, it is suggested to add an approximate amount of water, ensuring the package contents are fully submerged in water.
– Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.

Freeze-dried foods are often mistaken for dehydrated foods, but the process of preparing freeze-dried foods is completely different. In the preparation of dehydrated foods, hot and dry air circulation causes food to lose a significant amount of its moisture. In contrast, freeze-drying involves rapidly freezing the food and placing it in a powerful vacuum. As the water in the food sublimates (turns directly into vapor), the food is effectively dried while preserving its ability to reabsorb moisture.
